Checo`s Mexican Grill in Otdello

Great service and great food!

Food was not good at all when we addressed it we got told theres nothing they can do about it. Called a couple times the next day to speak with the owner and wasnt allowed to. On top of that i was overcharged on my order and was told theres nothing they could do about it. They didnt tell me my total until he charged it already. Never going back again!!!

The place was nowhere near full yet we waited a long time to be seated. They didn't have enough menus for everyone. It took forever to get someone to take our order. The food was not good at all.

I did not find anything authentic about this place, well, atleast the waitress did speak Spanish. The hard shelled taco shell was not homemade but similar to that from Taco Bell. Even the flour tortillas are not homemade here. The beans and rice were not very flavorful but I did enjoy the pork tamale and do believe that was homemade, just maybe not onsite at this restaurant. The staff were very nice and attentive but all in all, I would not stop back by while traveling through.

I never wait for a server for long, great prices for quality food. Good micheladas and the barbacoba is the BEST!

I love the waffles they're really good, wish I could order them whatever time of the day instead of just before 10:30am. The cheesecake is really delicious too!

Taqueria Guerrero is waaaaaaay better. The service here moves at a glacial pace and the food is merely edible.

They are the best! We ordered a bunch of food from the drive through and then parked and ate our delicious food. We accidentally left the key in the ignition and the battery died and one of the staff came and pulled his car around and gave us a jump! Will definitely remember this place 😋

My favorite place in Othello to eat. The service is always good. I haven't found anything I don't like on the menu. They just expanded the restaurant and it looks amazing.

Eggs ordered over medium were clear and runny. Hash browns were cold and soft drinks/coffee were 2.50 per fill up. Gravy was like baby formula. All 8 of us were disgusted with our meals. Given this place 3 chance and each was terrible.

Very clean and plesant to be. Food was excellent.

Nice friendly Mexican Grill. Thought I would get it to go and keep driving East. Once inside it was a unique clean welcoming place that was inviting to stay, which I did. Sorry forgot to grab a photo, next time.

Great service... great food

We waited 15 min. and did not even recieve our water. Only two other groups were in the restaurant with us. We ended up walking out to go eat somewhere else. Do NOT recommend!!

I recommend the Subway next door over Checo's low quality Mexican grill. The food two thumbs down. They serve better Mexican food in Puyallup jail.

I love this place! Every time I am road tripping through othello I stop here for their breakfast burritos.

Expensive. Great burgers, friendly staff. Mexican food not so great.

Stopped in here on my way home from Seattle. Decided to stop in and am glad I did. Had the chicken triple quesadilla (I think that's what it was called) and couldn't eat it all! Great food, great portions, great service and atmosphere was authentic. Will be going back next time I travel through.

Lunch food is good, they have a senior menu but it's tiny. Staff are efficient but impersonal.

Over priced and small portions! The food was tasty though. I expected more since I have heard good things. I do like how clean the restaurant was.

I really wanted to love this place. It seem clean and nice staff. The chips were really good and came with bean dip. The beans with the players were really good too. However, the cheese enchalada was just a corn tortilla with a splash of cheese on top and a little sauce. There was nothing in the middle! No cheese or sauce. The rice was not what I am used to in Mexican restaurants either, didnt like it.. my taco was hardly filled and didn't have any flavor in the meat. So sad, I was looking forward to good food. They didn't check on us while we ate either.. and according to the menu, the charge 25 cents for a to go box! Didn't have to worry about that though, small portions and not great.. this was just my experience though, hopefully it's not that way for everyone.

Very nice people amd great food

Ordered a beef burrito and am pretty sure they just dumped the can of beef in a pan for the filling.the server seemed like that wasn't where they wanted to be.

We tried the breakfasts there. I was under impressed with the breakfasts but I would like to go back to try their Mexican food.

NICE PLACE LOTS OF WINDOWS. VERY GOOD FOOD

The food authenticity is 4 Stars andTimeliness 3 Stars. However my recent visit to the drive thru was a 1 star, the portion servings were reduced and it did provide enough as before. When we complaint the owner failed to at least make good on the servings. Food service should always have control in all measures. I am not one to compliant but customer service should always be number one priority!

Good experience in general terms. Too bad the food was serve on disposables due to the pandemic.

My husband loves spicy food and Checo's delivered. Good selection of Mexican dishes. Very reasonably priced as well.
